The types of information we collect

We’ll only collect the personal data we need and we’ll make it clear at the point of collection why we are collecting it.

This personal data comes from our contact and newsletter sign-up forms, and may include your name, e-mail address, telephone number, company name, job title and country.

We may automatically collect information as you use our educational services, such as our Training Academy and Showell. This may include the pages you have visited, information about the device or browser you are using and any errors you encounter.

How we store your personal information

We keep customer queries for 2 years or the lifecycle. We will then dispose of your information by deleting personal data outside of this time period.

We keep newsletter registrations for no longer than 18 months following inactivity. We will then dispose of your information by unsubscribing from email campaigns sent via Campaign Monitor.

We keep warranty claims and warranty registrations for the lifetime of the warranty. We will then dispose of your information by removing your personal data from our records.
