Our Horse and Rider First Aid Kit provides all the essential items required to cope with that unexpected emergency.
Coming in a handy, wipe clean bag with carry straps, the bag functions as a ruck sack to keep both hands free and is easy to use both on the yard and while travelling away from home competing.
The kit contains all the necessary products to deal with minor cuts and grazes, including market leading products Animalintex® which is the only VMD licensed multi-layered absorbent poultice available in the UK.
Our kit also includes the legendary Veterinary Gamgee®.
Vetalintex® Wound Hydrogel
Vetalintex® Wound Hydrogel is a must for any first aid kit. It promotes wound healing by maintaining excellent hydration for moist wound healing. The clear, viscose starch based hydrogel has an excellent, gentle cleansing action and is easy to apply and use.
Vetalintex® is presented sterile in 15g tubes for optimum infection control and should be applied liberally before applying an appropriate secondary wound dressing.

Equiwrap® Cohesive Bandages
Add a splash of colour to your first aid kit with Equiwrap® Cohesive Bandages from Robinson Animal Healthcare.
Available in a wide range of colours including fluorescent green, orange and pink, Equiwrap® Cohesive Bandages are a powerful, flexible bandage that sticks to itself but not to skin or hair.
Easy to tear, Equiwrap® is made from elasticated crepe and comes in 10cm x 4.5m single rolls and is ideal for bandaging awkward contours of the legs such as the knee and hock, providing support and protection.
Once positioned Equiwrap® will not loosen but should be changed daily, and applied over a dressing or our legendary Veterinary Gamgee®.
